Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to build robust backend services, APIs, and robotics infrastructure that power our robot-enabled products. You will collaborate with AI specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operational workflows in an autonomous supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with robotics, ML, and product teams to define requirements and architect well-engineered software systems.
• Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs supporting production workflows and customer-facing features.
• Own integrations between multi-agent systems, cloud infrastructures, internal tooling, and robot-facing interfaces.
• Build orchestration and state management services to coordinate long-running operational processes.
• Enhance system reliability and scalability through robust testing, observability, incident response, and performance tuning.
• Promote software engineering best practices by producing high-quality, well-tested code and leading technical reviews.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to improving team processes and technical standards.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions as needed.

About the Team

This role includes participation in an on-call rotation focused on diagnosing and resolving production issues promptly.
