Software Engineer - .Net Full Stack Developer with Angular

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI), a key subsidiary, serves as a Global Software Delivery Center, developing innovative LIMS, customer portals, e-commerce platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and mobile applications for Eurofins Laboratories worldwide.

Role Overview: This role involves technically managing a team of developers to build high-quality eCommerce products and mobile applications for the Primary Eurofins eCommerce Portal, in collaboration with teams in India and Europe. The position requires hands-on development and full accountability for project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Oversee agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Foster agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, and team accountability.
• Assign project tasks, ensure team resources, and provide timely feedback.
• Report project status to senior management.
• Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer expectations.
• Deliver high-quality, shippable products within scope, ensuring continuous quality improvement.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Application/Software Development.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (MVP delivery).
• Experience with e-commerce or e-portal development projects, including deployment and maintenance.
• Experience working with US, UK, or European teams is advantageous.
• Strong assertiveness and ability to drive cross-functional communication.
• Self-managed and highly independent.
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain is a plus.

Technology Skills:

• .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, WCF Rest, Web API.
• Angular, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap.
• MS SQL Databases.
• ESB or Message Queuing (MSMQ).
• Microservices knowledge is an advantage.

Methodology Skills:

• AGILE, TDD, UML.

Qualifications:

• BE Computer Science/MCA or equivalent degree with relevant experience.
