Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Bengaluru-based team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining code for the GuidingCare platform while supporting integration features with Wellframe. This position offers an excellent opportunity for engineers with 2-4 years of experience to work on innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern technologies. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for agentic workflows to accelerate development.
- Code Quality: Write clean, optimized code adhering to industry best practices.
- Feature Development: Build application features and databases supporting seamless integration between GuidingCare and Wellframe.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests, debug existing code, and ensure product functionality before deployment.
- Data Management: Work with large volumes of data ensuring proper modeling and analysis.
- Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams including product managers and designers.
- On-call Support: Participate in rotations to support team systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience.
TARGET SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft platform (ASP.NET, MVC, C#).
- Hands-on experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and writing queries.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and software design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn continuously.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools.
