Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in .NET Core Fullstack development with expertise in Angular to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office, with shift timings from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-quality eCommerce products and related mobile applications for the primary Eurofins eCommerce Portal. This role involves close coordination with teams in India and Europe, focusing on delivering robust and scalable solutions using a Microsoft-based tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, shippable software products aligned with program scope.
- Ensure software quality is measured, monitored, and continuously improved with each release.
- Implement best practices in software engineering and oversee agile methodologies.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment, ensuring clear task ownership and providing timely feedback.
- Contribute to status reports for senior management and identify solutions to productivity and quality challenges.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT application/software development.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies is mandatory.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining e-commerce or e-portal projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, WCF Rest, and Web API.
- Strong working experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with MS SQL Databases and Message Queuing (MSMQ) is required.
- Knowledge of Microservices is a plus.
- Familiarity with TDD and UML methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working onsite in the US, UK, or Europe for at least 2 years is an advantage. Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain is highly preferred.
