Position: Full Stack Developer / Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable software solutions that integrate complex back-end services with intuitive front-end applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development life cycle, from conception through deployment.

• Collaborate with developers to discuss user interface concepts and application ideas
• Review application requirements and interface designs before implementation
• Analyze web-based user interactions for optimization opportunities
• Develop highly responsive UI components using modern React frameworks
• Write clean, efficient JavaScript code for dynamic interfaces
• Troubleshoot software issues and debug complex application logic

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with prior experience as a Full Stack Developer. You should possess:

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and modern front-end technologies
• Proficiency with React.js ecosystem including Webpack, Redux, Flux, and Enzyme
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for intuitive user experiences
• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest
• Advanced proficiency in Java development environments
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Experience with architectural patterns such as MVC, JDBC, RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate ORM
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database management including PL/pgSQL stored procedures
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and caching solutions like Redis
• Knowledge of cloud platform deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Mastery of version control systems such as Git for team collaboration
• Experience with build tools including Maven and Gradle pipelines
• Skill in setting up automated testing platforms and unit test suites
• Understanding of JVM internals to optimize performance under load
