Software Engineer

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer position based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services powering Setlmint's AI-driven financial transaction platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing scalable APIs for high-performance applications.
• Integrating with third-party accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and banking networks (e.g., ICICI, HDFC).
• Optimizing application performance to ensure reliability and security of financial services.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Writing clean, maintainable code; conducting rigorous code reviews.
• Participating in end-to-end testing and deployment activities.

The role also involves contributing to architectural decisions and driving continuous improvement of development practices and tools within the Mumbai office environment.
