AQM Technologies is actively seeking experienced Manual Testers with a specialization in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) for a permanent position in Mumbai, India. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience who can join immediately or with a short notice period.

As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our banking domain software. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and documenting test cases, meticulously identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to achieve timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test cases for LOS and LMS applications.
• Execute test cases and meticulously document, track, and manage identified defects.
• Foster collaboration with developers and stakeholders to efficiently resolve software issues.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in testing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in test case design, execution strategies, and defect tracking methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is desirable.
