Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert Software Engineering for assigned system elements.
• Design, code, test, and document basic to moderately complex components adhering to standard protocols and coding guidelines.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for both new and existing systems, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Actively participate in discussions concerning feature development, project estimation, and resource planning.
• Adhere to secure coding practices and relevant testing requirements.
• Develop automated unit and system tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of common code paths.
• Actively engage with and contribute ideas to the development team.
• Proactively communicate variances from plans and identify changes in scope or work to the team or technical manager.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional engineers and teams, fostering a broad technical understanding.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience is essential.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, and C++.
• Strong business English communication skills, both written and spoken.
