Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Finacle Tester with extensive domain knowledge in Loans, Payments, and Trade Finance. The primary responsibility is to ensure the high quality of core banking solutions by validating end-to-end banking workflows, configurations, integrations, and adherence to business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Finacle Loans (Retail Lending):

• Validate Admin Module configurations, system parameters, and setup.
• Test Master Data including loan products, fees, documents, cities, states, countries, and currencies.
• Perform User & Group Management testing for roles, access controls, and permissions.
• Execute end-to-end loan lifecycle testing for: Instalment Loans, Consumer Loans, Secured Loans against Collateral, and Credit Cards.
• Validate Customer and Application Inquiries.
• Test BPM workflows for application routing, approvals, and exception handling.
• Verify BRMS rules for eligibility checks, credit decisions, and validations.
• Validate Audit Trails for all critical system and user activities.
• Test loan-related MIS and regulatory reports for accuracy and data integrity.

Finacle Payments:

• Test domestic and international payment flows including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and SWIFT.
• Validate payment initiation, authorization, posting, and settlement processes.
• Test SWIFT messages (MT/MX) and payment validations.
• Perform exception handling, reversals, and reconciliation testing.
• Ensure compliance with payment-related controls and audit requirements.

Finacle Trade Finance:

• Test Trade Finance modules including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Bills (Import/Export).
• Validate end-to-end trade transactions from initiation to closure.
• Test limit linkage, charges, accounting entries, and message generation.
• Verify compliance with trade finance rules, workflows, and regulatory norms.
• Validate reports and audit trails related to trade transactions.

General Testing Responsibilities:

• Prepare, execute, and manage test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, business rules, and exception handling.
• Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 18 years of experience in Finacle OE testing (Loan Origination/Payments/Trade Finance).
• Strong understanding of banking workflows.
• Hands-on experience with BPM/BRMS testing.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation.
• Skilled in test documentation, execution, and reporting.
