Software Engineer

We seek a skilled developer for our Digital Banking solutions, which process over 4 trillion payments annually and are utilized by 17 of the top 50 US banks. This role involves customizing solutions for clients, directly impacting their end-users. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, are proactive problem-solvers, and thrive in agile teams with autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Engage in and contribute to code reviews.
• Develop Unit and Integration test cases.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Write clean, testable, and well-designed code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new technologies and frameworks.
• Participate actively in agile development processes and team meetings.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Java frameworks, particularly Spring.
• Solid experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex situations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) and build tools (Maven).
• Strong design and coding capabilities.
• Experience in team leadership and providing technical support.
