Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves developing and maintaining full-stack cloud applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React. You will be instrumental in building scalable backend services and responsive frontend components, contributing to microservices deployed on AWS, including EKS and DynamoDB, ensuring high reliability and performance. The position requires writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. Responsibilities include participating actively in sprint activities, technical discussions, and design sessions. You will implement unit tests and support the automation of integration and end-to-end tests, debug issues, assist in root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and UX teams in an Agile environment. We encourage continuous learning and application of cloud-native design principles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of in-office work per week. You will report to the Senior Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 1+ years of experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EKS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and Lambda is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and automated test tools.
