Software Engineer

About the Role

• Design and implement scalable Java 17 Spring Boot applications within a microservices architecture.
• Develop and maintain Slack bots to enhance internal communication workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Act as an effective communicator, providing timely feedback on all technical deliverables.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner closely with technical leads to define architecture, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Leverage Kubernetes/OpenShift for container management in a DevOps-first environment.
• Integrate Kafka messaging systems and API services (SOAP/REST) for robust data flow.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot, OpenShift, and cloud-native technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Solid understanding of middleware, App Services, and API integrations (SOAP/REST).
