Software Engineer (Japanese Language Proficiency Required)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Preferred)
Experience: Approximately 2 years

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong Japanese language skills to contribute to our software development efforts and facilitate seamless communication with our customers in Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in core engineering tasks while acting as a crucial bridge between our India-based technical team and Japan-based stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in software development and testing activities as an integral part of the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Project Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination with Japan-based stakeholders.
- Support technical discussions and facilitate coordination with stakeholders located in Japan.
- Assist in clearly understanding and documenting requirements, feedback, and project updates.
- Participate actively in technical meetings and project discussions.
- Provide translation or interpretation for technical conversations as needed.
- Work with internal engineering teams to implement and deliver software components.
- Contribute to the documentation of requirements, technical discussions, and meeting summaries.
- Foster collaborative development and problem-solving within the engineering team.
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 2 years of experience in software development or testing.
- JLPT N1 or N2 certification is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English communication skills.
- Prior experience working onsite in Japan is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with Japanese clients is highly desirable.
