Role Summary
Join Therm-X to expand its suite of internal software platforms supporting engineering, manufacturing, and test operations across the organization.

How We Work: AI-Assisted Development
This is a hands-on, full-stack role where you will work fluently alongside AI coding agents. You are expected to design, draft, refactor, and test code with AI assistance while critically reviewing results for correctness, security, structure, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web application features across the full stack (backend, database, front end).
• Collaborate directly with AI coding agents as your primary development tool.
• Integrate platforms with external systems like ERP and Microsoft 365 / Graph.
• Create automation for test/measurement equipment control and data capture.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and integration problems end-to-end.
• Maintain SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure deployment discipline in a remote team setting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with strong CS fundamentals.
• 2–5+ years of experience building web applications or line-of-business software systems (Note: Job listing also lists 1 year Product Development and 2 years Manufacturing as required/preferred).

Core Competency

• Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding agents.
• Able to critically review, debug, and own AI-generated code.
• Solid grasp of software fundamentals including data structures, control flow, APIs, and testing.

Technical Skills Required

• C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET (Primary Framework)
• SQL Server (T-SQL): Complex queries, full CRUD operations.
• Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development.
• REST API building and consumption experience.
• Python for automation scripts and test equipment interfacing.

Nice-to-Have

• IIS deployment and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration (Graph, SharePoint).
• Domain familiarity with engineering/manufacturing workflows or ERP concepts.
• Experience building desktop applications for field use.
