Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forward Deployed AI/ML Software Engineer to join our team. You will combine strong software engineering skills with practical AI/ML expertise, working directly with customers in Noida and remotely to build, integrate, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize production-grade Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• GenAI & RAG Development: Design and deploy scalable GenAI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama) focusing on document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Voice AI Solutions: Develop conversational AI connecting ASR, TTS, telephony, and business workflows for real-time customer interactions.
• Backend Engineering: Build robust Python services (FastAPI/Flask) integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Agentic Workflows: Implement automation using LangChain/LlamaIndex, including tool calling and external system integrations.
• Customer Success: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into technical implementations from POC to production.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Software Engineering or AI/ML Development.
• Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI concepts (MCP).
• Voice Tech: Experience building Voice Bots involving ASR/TTS/Telephony integrations is highly preferred.
• Databases & Cloud: Proficiency with PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis; experience deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP or On-premises environments using Docker/Kubernetes.

Good to Have

• Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture expertise.
• Air evaluation, model optimization (LLMOps), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise integrations in varied customer environments.
