Our next-generation technology combines best-in-class engineering with category-leading brands in compression, controls, software, and monitoring solutions to meet global needs.\n\nRole Overview\nAs a Software Engineer - Industrial Applications based in Pune, India, you will develop and support critical software applications for industrial equipment monitoring, testing, data acquisition, analytics, and engineering workflows. Working under the Engineering Manager's guidance, you will contribute to solutions interacting with PLC-driven systems, industrial data platforms, databases, and enterprise applications while gaining exposure to digitalization, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and modern technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Develop, test, and maintain desktop software applications using Microsoft technologies including C# and .NET.\n- Design user interfaces, business logic, and reusable components following MVVM architecture.\n- Create optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for data management.\n- Build solutions to collect, process, visualize, and manage industrial engineering system data.\n- Support integration between applications, databases, APIs, and industrial platforms.\n- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualization tools for operational teams.\n- Troubleshoot application and database issues to ensure reliability.\n- Collaborate with software, controls, electrical, test, and product engineering teams.\n- Participate in modernization initiatives involving UX improvements and web-based applications.\n- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development artifacts.\n\nRequirements\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.\n- 2 to 3 years of software development experience.\n- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.\n- Experience with WinUI, WPF, or similar desktop frameworks.\n- Knowledge of MVVM architecture and object-oriented programming (OOP).\n- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.\n- Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps source control systems.\n
