About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team, working on projects currently being developed by our company. Key responsibilities include developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, leading programming initiatives, creating documentation, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, analyzing data for new or modified systems, managing the SDLC, monitoring performance, communicating project status, executing plans, applying statistics to problem-solving, following best practices, innovating solutions, testing/fixing bugs, and shaping future system evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on programming experience with relevant languages.
• Familiarity with tool suites for development/lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing the SDLC, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines/budgets.
• Client/business partner experience.
• Solid understanding of computer science concepts (coding).
• Adeptness in agile methodologies.
• Team-building skills and ability to travel as needed.
