Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are hiring for the founding India team of a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS product engineering company. As a Software Engineer at this partnership through Flexiple, you will build and ship features used by real customers from day one.

• Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features across the stack with Product and Design teams.
• Write clean, well-tested code; conduct rigorous peer code reviews on pull requests.
• Break down complex requirements into shippable increments and provide realistic estimates.
• Debug production issues by tracing root causes and collaborating closely with QA.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, tests, and CI pipelines for your owned modules.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You have 2-5 years of experience building production software in a modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript). You possess solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics. You are comfortable with relational or NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized deployments.
• A strong personal GitHub history or contributions to open-source projects.
