Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company as part of its founding India team. Partnered with Flexiple, you will join the product engineering team and build features used by real customers from day one.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end product features in close collaboration with Product and Design teams to transform requirements into reliable, well-tested code.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Build and ship full-stack features from design through production. Write clean, well-tested code and actively review peer pull requests.
  Break down complex requirements into shippable increments with realistic estimates.
• Quality & Collaboration: Debug and resolve production issues by tracing root causes rather than symptoms. Collaborate closely across Product, Design, and QA throughout the feature lifecycle.
  Maintain up-to-date documentation, tests, and CI pipelines for your codebase.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You have 2 to 5 years of experience building production software in a modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript). You possess solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics. You are comfortable working with relational or NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized deployments.
  Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub history.
  A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
