Software Engineer

About the Role

We are building an operating system for small healthcare practices — powering communication, payments, and AI-driven experiences. We need a passionate Mobile Developer to join our fully remote team in India.

What You Will Own:

• Build Features: Develop smooth, cross-platform UI components using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android from a single codebase.
  
  
• Integrate Systems: Connect our mobile application to backend APIs and handle local data management efficiently.
  
  
• Code Maintenance: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following team standards.
  
  
• Ensure Quality: Write reliable unit, widget, and integration tests to keep our application stable, crash-free, and ensure seamless multi-component interactions.
  
  
• Bug Fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs reported by support teams or users.
  
  

Collaborate:

Partner closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers within an Agile framework. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, pair programming sessions, and actively seek feedback to master engineering best practices.

To Accomplish the Job

• 2-3 years of professional mobile development experience focusing on Flutter and Dart.
  
  
• Strong grasp of modern state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider).
  
  
• Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and utilizing local databases (SQLite/Hive).
  
  
• Proficiency with Git version control, pull requests, code review processes, and ticketing systems.
