Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Engineer to join our development team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of programming fundamentals, and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust software applications using modern best practices.
• Write clean code: Ensure all output is efficient, reusable, and adheres to strict coding standards through regular reviews.
• Design new features: Actively participate in the architectural design and implementation of scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues: Debug complex problems and resolve software defects efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality end-to-end results in a dynamic Indian tech environment.
• Deploy solutions: Assist in the deployment lifecycle and ongoing maintenance of critical applications.
• Maintain documentation: Prepare clear technical guides for internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with core programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Working knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of essential web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
