Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer II — Full Stack for our Remote team in India. You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product Managers to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions using an Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering through design, coding (C#, TypeScript), testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of business domain nuances to propose functional enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create basic project plans for small initiatives while prioritizing effectively within Agile ceremonies like Scrum or Kanban.

Tech Stack

You will work with Microsoft technologies (.NET Core/Framework), TypeScript/NestJS/Node.js on Microservices architectures (Apache Kafka). We use modern UI frameworks like React/Angular, AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, EKS), and Docker/Kubernetes. You should be proficient in SQL Server/PostgreSQL/DynamoDB.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and observability platforms like Splunk or DataDog.
• Demonstrated ability to write unit tests, behave-driven development specs, and debug production issues independently.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants for accelerated problem-solving is highly valued.
