Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with at least five to seven years of experience. You will collaborate with our development team on system validation, testing, programming initiatives, documentation oversight, client communication, data analysis for system installation/modification, lifecycle management, performance monitoring, project planning, statistical problem-solving, and innovative solution creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing software system validation and testing methods.
  Directing software programming initiatives.
  Overseeing documentation development.
  Communicating with clients and cross-functional teams on project statuses and proposals.
  Analyzing data for new system installations or existing system modifications.
  Managing the full software development lifecycle.
  Monitoring system performance and communicating key metrics.
  Developing, executing project plans, applying mathematics/statistics to problem-solving.
  Creating innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  Hands-on programming experience with relevant languages.
  Proficiency using relevant tool suites.
  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  Creative problem-solving abilities.
  Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  Ability to prioritize activities for on-time, within-budget delivery.
  Client and business partner management experience.
  Comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
  Excellent coding skills and extensive knowledge of agile methodologies.
