Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Develop & Maintain: Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features end-to-end.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
• Optimize: Enhance applications for peak performance, scalability, and security.
• Review & Contribute: Participate in rigorous code reviews and drive engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot: Debug complex issues and continuously improve existing systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Backend Skills: Experience with backend frameworks and designing REST APIs.
• Databases: Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• VCS: Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Mindset: Ability to work independently in a remote setup, coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Built products in fintech, SaaS, or high-traffic environments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
