About the Role
The Software Engineer III is a senior-level engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex software solutions that power AbsenceSoft's platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to operate with substantial autonomy across cross-functional initiatives.
Working closely with product management and engineering leadership, you will drive technical strategy, elevate engineering standards, and shape how teams build and scale software. You will also carry meaningful mentorship responsibilities, coaching junior and mid-level engineers while solving hard problems from design through delivery.
