About The Role

Join our Consumer & Community Banking team as a Software Engineer III. You will serve as a seasoned member of an agile squad, designing and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end features leveraging React (TypeScript) for UIs and Java/Spring Boot services, managing the full lifecycle from design to production support readiness.
• Lead technical designs for moderately complex initiatives including API boundaries, data models, and integration patterns while documenting critical decisions.
• Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks covering unit, integration, contract, and UI tests to drive defect prevention.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines (build/test/scan/deploy) with quality gates and environment promotion strategies to boost release reliability.
• Leverage approved AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude AI) to accelerate refactoring, change delivery, test generation, and documentation—always validated rigorously by humans.
