Software Engineer III

Role Overview: Join our agile team as a seasoned Software Engineer III to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products at JPMorganChase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot innovative software solutions that solve complex technical problems.
• Create secure, high-quality production code maintaining algorithms synchronized with appropriate systems.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to enhance productivity while adhering to strict security standards.
• Maintain full ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing automation capabilities effectively.
• Produce architecture artifacts and ensure design constraints are met in code development.
• Analyze diverse data sets to create visualizations that drive continuous application improvement.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or certification with 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Vite, Webpack.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks including JUnit, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
• Solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms for scalable system design.

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with payments/financial services domains is a plus.
