Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, employing innovative approaches to problem-solving.
• Write secure and high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints.
• Analyze and synthesize large datasets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Identify and address hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding practices and system architecture.
• Contribute to communities of practice and events focused on emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of applied experience in software engineering, with formal training or certification.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java and AWS development.
• Experience debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within a discipline such as cloud computing, AI/ML, or mobile development.
• Familiarity with technologies including Java, AWS, React/Angular, and .Net.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
