Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product or system code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews for fellow developers, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices, including style guidelines, code submission, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update existing documentation and educational content, adapting it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of software development experience in at least one programming language, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience building developer tools such as compilers, automated release systems, code design and testing frameworks, or test automation frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
