Software Engineer III (DevOps) - Gurugram, India

Aspire is building a next-generation financial architecture to support high growth and long-term sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III with a DevOps focus to join our international and diverse team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our technical capabilities and accelerating the development of leading FinTech products across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with software developers, system operators, and stakeholders to manage code releases efficiently.
• Design and implement robust automation pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for managing cloud or on-premises environments with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack) to ensure application and infrastructure health and performance.
• Implement and manage security policies and procedures in partnership with security teams, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks.
• Orchestrate and manage production deployments and releases, ensuring application reliability and scalability.
• Utilize configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) for efficient and automated system configuration.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling resources.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, Java, or Ruby.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the entire development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and a strong understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and quickly learn new technologies.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience and certifications will be considered.
