Software Engineer

Introduction:
We are looking for an IICS Developer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a market leader, Pivotree helps clients assess, implement, and run best-of-breed applications for Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM).

You will design, build, and support integration pipelines that collect, transform, and manage product and enterprise data across cloud applications, databases, and data platforms. This role uses AI tools as part of day-to-day engineering work under clear standards for quality and review.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter and IICS (Cloud Data Integration - CDI and Cloud Application Integration - CAI) solutions.
• Develop and optimize mappings, workflows, reusable transformations, expressions, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for data warehouses, lakes, and operational systems.
• Build complex integration patterns including incremental loads, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Types 1 & 2), star schema loads, and batch/near-real-time processing.
• Integrate with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday using REST APIs, web services, IICS connectors, and CAI processes.
• Optimize SQL performance on Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery using AI-generated recommendations validated against execution plans.
• Implement data quality checks, governance controls, metadata management, lineage, and impact analysis to ensure accurate enterprise data.
• Troubleshoot ETL and pipeline issues with AI-assisted root cause analysis; validate every fix before production deployment.
• Use approved AI tools for drafting logic, SQL, test data, documentation, and summarizing logs while adhering to Pivotree's policy on client data privacy.
