Software Engineer II

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer II for our Authorizations suite team. This is primarily a Remote US position focusing on backend development (~80%) and frontend implementation (~20%). You will partner with senior engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance payer customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java (OOP) and JavaScript/RESTful APIs
• Utilize SQL for database queries and troubleshooting
• Apply modern software architecture patterns (microservices)
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jira, and AWS cloud services
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 critical support

Tech Stack & Requirements

We need candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (CS/Engineering) and at least 4+ years of software development. Proficiency in Java, SQL, JavaScript is required. Experience with AWS, React, or Vue is preferred.
