Role Overview

• Collaborate with technologists, traders, and quants to design and build the next-generation analytics platform at JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools (e.g., for code generation, refactoring, unit testing) while rigorously validating outputs through peer review and automated testing to ensure secure application development.
• Analyze large, diverse datasets using quantitative methods and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Utilize the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) toolchain, including AI-assisted automation capabilities, to maximize operational value and efficiency.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Holds formal training or certification in software engineering with 2+ years of applied experience.
• Proven expertise as a technologist developing applications using Java or Python within large corporate environments.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code, documentation, and tests for security and accuracy.

Bonus Qualifications:

• CFA/CQF certification.
• Experience with C#, HTML5/JavaScript, AWS cloud certifications, SQL & NoSQL databases, or reactive/event processing architectures.
