Software Engineer II

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our fast-paced, AI-first engineering team. You will build best-in-class SaaS solutions that enable efficiency and accountability within government agencies, leveraging modern technologies like ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and cutting-edge AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features delivering customer success
• Generate clean, efficient, well-documented software following industry best practices for both human and AI-generated code
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback within a collaborative agile environment
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimal supervision in an end-to-end full-stack role
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to continuous operational excellence

Requirements & Experience

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with some ambiguity
• 3-5 years of professional experience required (Mid-Level)
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate user feedback and improve product usability
• Cross-stack expertise: comfortable shipping features end-to-end from frontend to backend
• Experience building AI-driven UX, agents, or workflow automation is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
