Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solution designs, development, and technical troubleshooting with limited guidance.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring), while validating outputs through peer review and secure coding standards.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots solutions considering upstream and downstream systems.
• Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large data sets to identify problems for secure application development.

Required Skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with around 2+ years applied experience in platform engineering and production support (microservices).
• Production incident troubleshooting, fixing, deployment, system design, testing, operational stability using SQL/No-SQL databases.
• Hands-on practical experience developing code in large corporate environments with modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools and responsible AI use including data sensitivity considerations.
