Software Engineer II

As a Software Engineer II at Zinnia in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of our advanced software platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft solutions and products that enhance efficiency and service delivery for both Zinnia and our clients. This role involves direct interaction with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and potentially Zinnia clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, and maintain software modules and systems.
• Modify existing software products and create new modules based on technical specifications and business requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Web Technologies, including ASP.NET MVC and Dot Net Core.
• Proven experience with C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Ability to develop enterprise-level solutions adhering to software designs.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A systematic approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership.
• Capability to work effectively within a cross-functional, global team environment.
• Experience with Web API, Rest API, Microservices, XML, and front-end technologies like JQuery/HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server (SQL Server 2019/2022+).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with enterprise-level applications or products.
• Experience within the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of React and TypeScript would be beneficial.
