Position Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer + ML & AI/Gen AI Specialist to join our Tax Transformation (TTO) team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying tax tools for the US Tax Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with US-based teams and vendors on software architecture.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, C#, Poetry/Python, and modern frameworks like ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Develop hands-on Machine Learning models (Data Engineering, ML Algorithms) and Gen AI solutions.
• Test, deploy, refactor, and debug applications to ensure low bug rates in production environments.
• Work within an Agile environment, participating in daily Scrum calls and adhering to project management methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: 2+ years of strong hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Data Engineering), Gen AI, Python, C#, SQL Server, OOPS Concepts.
• .NET Expertise: At least one year of experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API; familiarity with Microservices Architecture is a plus.
• Educational Background: BE/B.Tech., M.C.A., M.Sc. Computer Science, or M.Tech.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Angular and Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with US counterparts.
• Solid analytical problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Note: This role may require working staggered shifts (e.g., 11 AM - 8 PM) to ensure overlap with US delivery teams. Willingness to work extra hours during critical project phases is essential.
