Key Responsibilities

• Execute standard software solution design, development, debugging, and technical troubleshooting using Java.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., refactoring, unit test creation), while critically validating all outputs via peer review and automated testing.
• Design systems with a holistic view of upstream/downstream impacts within the SDLC toolchain.
• Solve technical problems of basic complexity using data analysis from diverse datasets to inform secure application development decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years applied experience in software engineering concepts with hands-on Java expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment using modern languages and SQL databases.
• Prior usage of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools for coding/testing/documentation with strong validation skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and security adherence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack Java experience in enterprise application development.
• Experience deploying microservices to AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) or EC2 using Terraform scripts.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
