Software Engineer II

About the Role

Tower Research Capital is seeking engineers to develop electronic trading infrastructure at a world-class level. Engineers will solve challenging problems in low-latency programming, FPGA technology, hardware acceleration, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze diverse datasets at scale.
• Designing and implementing deep learning architectures for large volumes of data.
• Analyzing model performance through experiments and tests.
• Building and managing agentic workflows for scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Optimizing existing machine learning models to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science with 2–6 years of experience (Mid-Level).
• Experience training and deploying large-scale deep learning models.
• Expertise in Python using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, Linux, SQL, Bash scripting.
