Software Engineer II

About the Role

This position supports our client companies—high-growth Construction Technology (ConTech) startups backed by Venture Capital and funded with $49.7M USD.

Responsibilities

• Write effective, scalable, and reusable code for complex SaaS applications.
• Maintain user-facing elements integrated securely with internal backend systems.
• Participate in system design discussions to drive architectural decisions.
• Take full ownership of assigned modules ensuring on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior developers, perform rigorous code reviews, and lead brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

You must possess 3+ years of experience with deep expertise in frontend technologies. Strong proficiency is required in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, React Query, and Zustand. A solid understanding of internet architecture, HTTP, CDN, caching concepts, and a keen UX sense are essential.
