About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer II specializing in Frontend to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role involves developing greenfield product features for both internal users and external customers. You will take full ownership of product features, ensuring their quality, and writing clean, well-tested code. Responsibilities include code reviews to maintain company standards, designing and developing secure and scalable features, and demonstrating strong work ethics, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit. Continuous learning is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-side JavaScript development.
• Proficient understanding of modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and ES6.
• Solid experience with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Expertise in addressing cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Knowledge of frontend optimization techniques and tools such as Lighthouse and Cypress.
• Proficiency with BitBucket.
• Experience in writing Unit, Functional, and Regression tests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with large frontend applications.
• Familiarity with shell scripting and automation tools.

Potential Projects:

• Development of a strategic, greenfield platform to harmonize internal processes and systems.
• Creation of a future-facing platform enabling customers to self-service their needs and manage their engagement details via a web portal.
