Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II (SDE-II) Frontend for highly critical transformation projects. As a senior engineer at Attentive.ai, you will design and maintain complex client-side applications within our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, reusable code and secure user-facing elements integrated with backend systems.
• Lead system design discussions and take ownership of module delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Drive innovation through brainstorming sessions and team motivation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Frontend Expertise (Must-Have): 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, React Query, and Zustand.
• Architecture & Design: Strong UX sense, SEO principles, cross-browser compatibility knowledge, and responsive design skills for mobile/tablet/laptop.
• Tools & Testing: Experience with Jest/Vitest/React Testing Library, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and browser automation (Selenium).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in both startup and enterprise environments.
