Software Engineer II - AWS, UI/React & Node in Hyderabad
Join JPMorgan Chase, a leading financial services firm, as a Software Engineer II within the Consumer and Community Banking team in Hyderabad, Telangana. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting, employing innovative approaches to problem-solving.
- Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with relevant systems.
- Utilize Terraform extensively for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure as code.
- Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services and front-end UI development with React JS and Node.js.
- Produce comprehensive architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints throughout the development process.
- Analyze, synthesize, and visualize data from large, diverse datasets to drive continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
- Implement and manage Amazon Connect CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda functions to implement custom business logic and data processing workflows.
- Proactively identify subtle problems and patterns in data, using these insights to improve coding practices and system architecture.
- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events focused on exploring new and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with a minimum of 2 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including the design and implementation of contact flows.
- Proficiency with other AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Kinesis Data Stream.
- Solid understanding of contact center technologies and best practices.
- Experience in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically leveraging Spinnaker.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within specialized domains like cloud computing, AI/ML, or mobile development.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with other CCaaS platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of VoIP and telephony integrations.
