Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to join our XDR Engineering team at Barracuda. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative product features while troubleshooting complex application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement new features that drive product growth in our high-performance 24x7 commercial B2B SaaS environment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve critical incidents within our applications and operations workflows.
- Serve as an equal member of a global team by handling escalations effectively.
What We Look For
You bring over 2 years of full-time software engineering experience with at least one year each in Node.js and React.js. You are a strong communicator capable of bridging gaps between teams, passionate about leading projects from concept to delivery, and driven by continuous improvement.
