Job Summary
The Software Engineer writes and maintains code to implement application capabilities, improve performance, reduce technical debt, and align with product roadmaps. You will contribute to Agile planning, monitor emerging trends, and design viable solutions for customers facing day-to-day challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to understand user needs and design effective solutions.
- Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces while reducing technical debt.
- Analyze capacity requirements and identify system limitations.
- Contribute to product designs addressing critical issues and complex problems.
- Build software applications across multiple platforms for diverse stakeholder needs.
- Understand technical architecture and write aligned automated tests per standards.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain deployed products.
- Mentor less experienced engineers with technical guidance.
- Participate in the engineering community to share insights on new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of professional working experience (Entry Level).
- Experience designing and implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications.
- Familiarity with full application lifecycles from conception to support.
- Coding proficiency in multiple technology stacks including Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Back-end (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
- Experience with agile methodologies and analysis/design/programming concepts.
