Software Engineer I

We are hiring an entry-level Software Engineer I to develop, configure, test, and support enterprise applications under direct supervision. The role involves working with custom software, cloud platforms, integrations, databases, and low-code development tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support design, configuration, and development of applications aligned with requirements.
• Leverage source control (Git/Azure DevOps) for build, review, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues using established root-cause analysis procedures.
• Monitor applications, review logs/alerts, and resolve routine support tickets.
• Develop integrations between internal/external systems via REST APIs.
• Create/maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Execute unit tests and functional testing to verify solutions meet defined criteria.
