Software Engineer

R1 RCM India is seeking a skilled Software Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join their team in Noida. This role focuses on building and maintaining web applications using C#/.NET for the backend and React for the frontend. You will be involved in end-to-end feature development, API integration, and database management with MS SQL and NoSQL. The position also emphasizes leveraging GenAI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and product capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing backend services, creating responsive UI components, optimizing database queries, integrating front-end and back-end systems, writing tests, and collaborating within an agile framework. A strong foundation in C#, React, MS SQL Server, NoSQL concepts, and REST APIs is essential. Familiarity with Git and exposure to GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with .NET Web API, Entity Framework, TypeScript, cloud basics, and Docker. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience, along with strong problem-solving skills, is expected.
