About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer with exceptional command of Golang to design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure server-side applications. Your work will directly impact millions of users across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build sophisticated, high-availability secured server-side applications using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that balance speed, security, and scalability.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks in distributed systems; optimize concurrency models for microservices architecture.
• Implement robust automated unit and integration testing strategies to ensure code stability.
• Lead technical discussions on architectural patterns while mentoring junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues with innovative problem-solving approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably substantial hands-on work with Golang.
• Strong proficiency in designing concurrent applications and cloud-native infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of testing methodologies including TDD/Integration Testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the FinTech domain is a significant advantage given our mission-driven environment.
