Software Engineer

About the Role

Scoutit Enterprise Data warehouse team (AiDP) within Hyderabad is looking for talented Software Engineers to join our mission-driven organization. You will work with Petabytes of data catering to real-time, near-real-time, and batch pipelines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand complex business challenges faced by Retail, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Internet Services teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design statistical or deep learning solutions that drive critical decisions.
• Take ownership of developing these solutions independently or guiding others through the implementation process.
• Deliver robust outcomes into production environments while maintaining excellent governance standards for your work.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Programming proficiency in Python or Java
• Familiarity building GenAI-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search integrated with structured/unstructured enterprise data.
• Familiarity building AI agents or agentic workflows (planning, memory, tool use, execution loops) using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
