Software Engineer – AI Integration with ERP Systems (2 Years Experience)

MAJiK Medical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience in AI integration and ERP systems. The role involves supporting the development, integration, and maintenance of AI-enabled applications and ERP solutions to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and integrating AI-based solutions with ERP systems.
• Work on various ERP modules including HR, Inventory, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Quality.
• Develop and maintain APIs, automation workflows, and system integrations.
• Support the implementation of AI tools such as chatbots, OCR, analytics, and process automation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot software and integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user support materials.
• Participate in the testing, deployment, and enhancement of ERP applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and smooth system operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, ERP support, or system integration.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or custom ERP applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and workflow automation is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI chatbots or ERP automation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or medical device industry processes.
• Experience in dashboard creation and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Exposure to ERP customization and user support.
